Hi all,

Next time you have hard-boiled eggs, I invite you to deliberately leave a few residual shells on the egg. The shells add a wecome "crunch" while eating the egg. Add a little garlic salt, and you're good to go. Found out completely by accident, but now you know I'm going to be sloppy about clearning all the shells off the egg next time.

Today the cleaning process has started. :)
